Allison started working in restaurants in her Central New York hometown in high school and continued through her college years while studying history at the University of California at Berkeley. Upon graduation, she pursued a culinary career in the Bay Area, Seattle, Chicago, New Zealand and then here in Vermont where she met her husband, Paul. Allison co-ordinates the beverage programs for the Coach Barn and the Inn along with planning all private events at the Inn. Her favorite part of her job is helping couples, families, and friends create memories while making connections to their food and the place it comes from. She also loves introducing staff and guests to interesting natural wines and craft beers made by small producers. In her free time, she loves being outdoors and enjoying the pleasures of the table with friends and family.
