Growing up in Maine helped shape my passion and curiosity for the outdoors today. I came to Vermont to attend UVM and graduated with a degree in Environmental Studies and Nutrition. My travels to places such as Scotland, Alaska and New Zealand allowed me to enjoy what I love most, hiking and farming. I also enjoy biking, snowboarding and playing rugby. Making cheese here at Shelburne Farms has allowed me to be apart of our unique local food system and explore its beautiful landscape.
