Allison re-joined the Shelburne Farms team in 2023 as Finance Manager, where she provides analytical and operational support for all areas of the organization. She originally joined the nonprofit in 2001 as Sales & Shipping Assistant in the Cheese department, but her interest in numbers and business processes drew her the Accounting team, where she was able to merge her love of spreadsheets with her joy of working with a diversity of people working towards a shared vision. Allison has worked in accounting and finance roles at NRG Systems, The UVM Medical Center, and Building Bright Futures, holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont, but considers her true education all of the amazing people and organizations she has worked with over the years.
