A behind-the-scenes look at dairy farming and cheesemaking! Hear our farmers and cheesemakers explain the process of turning fresh milk into farmhouse cheddar; tour the dairy and taste cheese with the cheesemakers. Tours leave the Welcome Center promptly at 2:00 pm.
