Join us to learn about the sugaring process and see where maple syrup comes from. We’ll have events and activities both Saturday and Sunday (check times below), including a 4-H Pancake Breakfast, activities in the sugarbush (maple syrup tastings!), and live bird presentations.

4-H Pancake Breakfast

9 AM–12 PM  |  $8/adult, $4/child  |  McClure Center for School Programs
Start your day with some pancakes and delicious Vermont Maple Syrup! Run by Shelburne Explorers 4-H Club as a benefit to support their Dairy project.

Explore Our Sugarbush

9:30 AM – 2:00 PM  |  FREE
Head up to the sugarbush to see the sugarhouse in action! Enjoy a taste of maple syrup as you learn about the journey of sap to syrup.

Whooo’s in the Sugarbush?

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM  |   FREE
Visit OFES up in the sugarbush to find out about wildlife that loves to live in the woods. Enjoy ongoing live bird-on-hand presentations as well as some helpful hints about what other birds you may find at this time of year.
