Join Dairy Manager Sam Dixon for a walk through some of our dairy pastures. You’ll learn about why healthy pastures are essential to the health of our Brown Swiss Cows (and to great cheese!), and how he manages the pastures to keep them productive and strong. You’ll also discover how we’re experimenting with silvopasture–grazing cows among planted trees–to help sequester carbon.
