As one of Vermont's pioneering farm to table restaurants, our menu is built around what's being harvested at ours and other Vermont farms on any given day or week.
Featured items include fresh vegetables and fruits from our Market Garden, or farmstead cheddar, seasonal lamb and beef, and other farm products from our working farm campus. It doesn't get more fresh, local, or delicious than that. Come experience Shelburne Farms and enjoy a great meal!
The Inn reopens May 10, 2024. Our first dinner will be served that evening, and our first breakfast will be served on May 11.
You may make dining reservations 30 days in advance of your desired date.
2024 Season Dining Hours:
- Breakfast: 7:30-11:00 am (Monday-Friday); 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (Sat. & Sun.).
- Dinner: daily, 5:00-8:30 pm.
