Let’s get to work! Be a farmer and help care for our animals and garden. We feed our sheep, chickens and pigs and of course spend time with our cows, horses, and more. Maybe you can find an egg for the ice cream we make, or spin wool into yarn to take home! For a boost of energy, we can harvest fresh snacks from the garden. We’ll hike to see other parts of the Farm and help make deliveries like bringing compost to the pigs. They are so hungry! Come experience how people, plants, and animals create a community.

Discovery Camp

 Ages 7-10  • Session 1: June 18-22 • $260

 Ages 6-7  • Session 3: July 2-6 (no camp July 4) • $210

Explore everything in Discovery Camp! Hold a salamander and pick strawberries in the same day. Oh, but would you know where to look for them? If you like to play outside and make discoveries, you will enjoy our hikes all over and our games in different habitats. We go to the garden, pond, forest, farmyard, meadow and pasture. Maybe we can find a deer hideout or a robin neighborhood or an owl pellet! Our biggest hope is to see an animal. (Once we encountered a moose on the loose!) The land, the plants and the animals are waiting…
*Includes Thursday night dinner, sleepover in or near the Farm Barn, and breakfast, snack and lunch on Friday.

Taste of the Fields

M-F, 9:00 am-3:30 pm • $295 • Limit: 24 campers/session
 Ages 9-14
Session 1: July 9-13
Session 2: July 16-20

Get caught up in a farm-wide journey that begins and ends at the Market Garden! We feed the chickens, slop the pigs, and water vegetable seedlings in the greenhouse. We design, harvest and cook amazing recipes — we call them “taste of the fields”. What comes next is based on the weather and our interests! Trips to the dairy barn and pastures, chores at the Farm Barn, hikes in the forest, deliveries to the Inn and more. Each day you can choose to hone your gardening, cooking, art and/or building skills. One day it may be basil pesto with clothbound cheddar cheese, another day adding a wood shelf to our outdoor pavilion. Exploration and discovery never tasted so good!

Beyond the Barn

9 am, Mon. - 4 pm, Fri. • $475 • Limit: 16 campers/session
Residential Camp
 Ages 11-14
Session 1: July 23-27
Session 2: August 6-10
 Ages 14-17
Session 3: August 13-17

Live on the Farm night and day! We set up camp to sleep and eat outdoors “beyond the Farm Barn.” We collect as much food as possible from the Farm, including vegetables, bread, eggs, milk, cheese, and beef. To do this we journey by bike all over the Farm and work behind the scenes with the dairy herd, sheep and chicken flocks, and the market and herb gardens. We might move cattle at sunrise one morning and lay the final garnish on a homemade pizza that evening! Together we can make new friends and learn how to take care of the land that gives us so much in return. Tents, camping gear and bicycles provided if needed.
