Site Coordinator
• Provides support, resources and guidance.
• On site for rehearsal and day of wedding.

Capacity
• Inside up to 210 for a sit down meal.
• Tent site outside for larger events.
Site Access
• Only one event per day.
• Building available by 11 am.
• Music needs to stop by 11 pm.

Rental Equipment
• The Coach Barn is rented as a bare facility. All tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware and tents, as needed, must be rented.
• Vermont Tent is the exclusive supplier of all rental equipment at Shelburne Farms.
Ceremony Sites
• Up to 175 guests can be accommodated either on the lawn or inside as rain site.
• For more than 175 guests, a tent on the lawn will be needed in case of rain.
Other
• Deposit required to hold date.
• Parking for up to 250 cars.
• Turn around for buses.
• Bathrooms accommodate up to 210 people; larger events must rent portable bathroom facilities.

Reception Food
• All food at the Coach Barn is provided by an outside caterer of your choice.
• A list of suggested caterers is available.
• Cook tent and cooking equipment needs to be rented from Vermont Tent.
Bar
• Full bar service provided by Shelburne Farms.
• Shelburne Farms provides the bar and bar glassware for up to 175 guests for the typical wedding set-up.
• Larger weddings or more customized bar service require additional rental equipment.
• Bar service ends by 10:30pm or after a maximum of six hours of service.
Lodging at The Inn at Shelburne Farms
• Two night minimum stay required for weekends; 3 nights for certain holiday weekends.
• Private & shared bathrooms. See rooms & rates.
• Rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy, European plan.
• For specific dates only, we offer a premium full-house special package that includes all guest rooms, cottages and guest houses, meals and private activities.
Special Functions at the Inn
• The private dining room and outdoor porches can accommodate up to 30 people for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.
