Our cottages and houses range from historic to more contemporary in design and décor. They're perfect for a weekend getaway or more extended stay with your family or friends. When you stay or dine with us, you support the Farm's conservation and education programs.
May/June & July-October rates. A 9% VT Rooms & Meals tax applies. We also have rooms at the Inn available.

This historic cottage has a wonderful view of the lake and the Adirondack Mountains. It features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room on the first floor; and a master bedroom (king bed), a second bedroom (two twins), and a smaller bedroom (one twin). The cottage is located behind the Breeding Barn, on the southern part of the property approximately 3 miles from the Inn. The bath is on the second floor.
The Glass House

Located on a bluff overlooking Lake Champlain, the Glass House was once the summer residence of Aileen Osborn Webb. Aileen was the wife of Vanderbilt Webb, the youngest son of Lila and Seward. Built in the 1960's, this casual house features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bath, two additional bedrooms with twin beds and shared bath, a fully equipped kitchen, wonderful patio, and a deck overlooking the lake. The house is located behind the Inn and formal gardens.
